In a March Madness fashion, the Missouri Helmet Challenge (Project) pits over 350 Missouri football teams’ helmets against each other. This started in 2020 with Grain Valley and Timberland winning the first two years. This event also allows fans to not only vote for their favorite helmet/team but gives them the opportunity to submit changes to helmet designs.
Folks, this is a new event to me, so I am learning as I go. I know this, in 2022 the Clinton helmet is in Region 4 and their first opponent is Warsaw. There are 11 regions. Cardinal fans, I am sure you would not want your helmet to be knocked out in the first round by the Wildcats. Clinton would face Lawson or Lathrop in the second round. How do you vote? This is a Twitter event, use @HelmetMissouri. All helmets are shown on the twitter account. If you want to make straight contact with the project’s director, use the email mohelmetproject1@gmail.com.
Voting started on June 14. I am sure the Cards helmet will do well, but you have to vote.
