Armon, who is “impressed” with the team’s effort so far, said that peaking at the right time will be important for Lady Cards, and that the postponed game, while disappointing, was actually a “great opportunity for them to gets some reps in” as they prepare for their upcoming contest at Smith-Cotton, when the Lady Cards face of with the Tigers at the SMA Girls Doubles Tennis Tournament on September 12.
*Fast forward from Tuesday, and the Lady Cards were able to notch another win against Smith-Cotton, adding another win to their resume to bring their record on the season to 3-1 with the 6-3 victory.
