State Fair Community College President Dr. Brent Bates has announced All SFCC campuses will close at noon May 26. Offices will re-open after Memorial Day at 8 a.m. May 30. Summer session begins June 6.
Last year, the SFCC Board of Trustees approved the closing of college offices at noon on Fridays in June and July through 2024, allowing for coordination with the 2022-2024 academic calendar. This modification of summer hours applies to college offices on all SFCC campuses.
The Friday noon closings will begin June 2 and end July 28. However, previously scheduled classes, clinicals and the Dental Hygiene Clinic on the Sedalia campus will be held on Fridays. Regular hours of operation will remain 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to noon on Friday, starting June 2, for campuses located in Boonville, Clinton, Eldon, Lake of the Ozarks, and Sedalia.
The Whiteman Air Force Base campus hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and will be 7:30-11:30 a.m. on Friday starting June 2.
The Daum Museum of Contemporary Art on the Sedalia campus will be open its usual Friday hours of 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free.
