A Warsaw man was seriously injured in a two-vehicle accident on Route T at Quail Run Drive in Benton County on July 14 at 10:15 AM.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, the accident occurred when Casey P. Graham, 40, of Windsor driving a 1993 Chevrolet 1500 began to pass a 2001 Yamaha MC driven by Andrew R. Spooner, 58, of Warsaw. Spooner began to make a left turn and was struck from behind by Graham.
Both drivers were seriously injured and were transported by MU3 to the University of Missouri Medical Center in Columbia.
Tpr. R. W. Rosenthal of the Missouri Highway Patrol investigated the crash and was assisted by MSGT N. K. Johnson and Benton County Deputies.

Several children were seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash on July 12 at 4:45 PM at the intersection of U.S. 65 at Balke Road in Benton County.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, the crash occurred as a 2001 Chevrolet 2500 driven by Chasity N. Webster, 29, of Warsaw pulled into the path of a 2009 Honda CRV driven by Amanda M. Greff, 32, of Springfield.
Two girls, ages 4 and 13, were seriously injured and were transported by Warsaw/Lincoln EMS and Mercy EMS to Lake Regional Medical Center. A 14-year-old girl was transported by Air Ambulance to the University of Missouri Medical Center in Columbia. Greff was transported by Air Ambulance to Research Medical Center. Anthony C. Campolo, 35, a passenger in the Greff vehicle was transported by Warsaw/Lincoln CMS to Lake Regional.
