Lincoln was down 13-6 at half time but exploded in the second half en route to 46-32 victory at Lone Jack on Friday.

The Cardinals' Dawson Parrott went down in the first quarter and left the game. Defensive ace, linebacker Cam Everhart didn't travel with the team, and with a few other injuries left Lincoln down to just 15 players at the end.

Chase Young became the number one receiving target and scored 3 TD's on 5 catches for 164 yards receiving in another huge night for the speedy senior.

Lincoln scored three times in around three minutes to take the 24-13 lead at the 9:46 mark of third.

Lincoln's defense tired at the end after a 34-13 lead but the offense swapped scores to stay ahead of the comeback minded Mules.

Riley Sanders went 9 for 19 thru the air with 4 TD's for the Cards with 1 interception. He also rushed 20 times for 181 yards with a 2-point conversion and 2 TD's. He also had a 50 yard punt.

Braeden Benham had an interception for a 40 yard TD.

The banged up and shorthanded 3-4 Cardinals will travel to winless 0-7 Cole Camp for their annual hard fought rivalry this coming Friday. The BCE will cover all the action.
