Carol Miller, age 84, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 13, 2026 at her home in Clinton, Missouri surrounded by her family. A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at the Clinton Eagles Lodge followed by lunch with the family.
Carol was born on August 29, 1941 to Estell and Ina Julian in Clinton, Missouri.
She is survived by her husband of 68 years Larry Miller Sr., two daughters Christina Miller of Belton, Missouri, and Teresa Schmidt (Phillip) of Kansas City, Missouri, 5 grandchildren; Gary Lile, Adam Lile, Kurtis Lile, Travis Schmidt, and Stacy Schmidt, along with 20 great grandchildren.
Her son Larry Miller, Jr. preceded her in death.
Carol enjoyed fishing, golfing, and hunting, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren. She worked with Marion Labs before retiring and moving back to Clinton, Missouri in 1989. She also worked briefly for Warsaw Chamber of Commerce and for Longshole as a camp custodian.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home in Clinton, Missouri.
