Bats Blistered as Clinton Cardinals Varsity Defeats Butler Bears Varsity, 14-6

Both pitching staffs had their hands full on Tuesday in a high-scoring affair where Clinton Cardinals Varsity bested Butler Bears Varsity, 14-6.
Clinton Cardinals Varsity secured the victory thanks to eight runs in the sixth inning. The offensive firepower by Clinton Cardinals Varsity was led by Maverick Martin, Jacob Balke, Evan Mantonya, Hayden Mcguire, and Braden Best, all driving in runs in the frame.
In the first inning, Clinton Cardinals Varsity got their offense started. Jack English drove in two when English doubled.

Clinton Cardinals Varsity fell behind early and couldn't come back in a 9-3 loss to Harrisonville Varsity Wildcats on Thursday. Harrisonville Varsity Wildcats scored on a triple by Jake Goss in the first inning, a triple by Cobey Shuey in the first inning, a single by Mason Mitchell in the first inning, a groundout by Aiden Stolte in the first inning, and a groundout by Layne Curtis in the second inning.
The Clinton Cardinals Varsity struggled to contain the high-powered offense of Harrisonville Varsity Wildcats, giving up nine runs.
Harrisonville Varsity Wildcats opened up scoring in the first inning. Goss drove in two when Goss tripled.

Dawson Harrill, Jacob Gregory, John Neuenschwander, and Justin Gregory all moved runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.
