Clinton DECA Chapter Sends Three To International Competition

DECA, the marketing club at Clinton High School, had 16 students place well enough in district level competition to advance to the state competition in March. Of these students, three advanced to the international competition in Orlando, FL.
Students advancing to international competition include Kaydith Maddox (Leadership Delegate), Kennedy Cook (Financial Consulting), and Ellison Sisney (School-Based Enterprise).
Officers for Missouri State DECA are elected as part of state level competition. This year, Junior Kaydith Maddox completed the application, testing, and interview processes and was selected to represent Missouri DECA as the VP of Advocacy for 2023-2024. Kaydith will work with local, regional, and state associations to determine their needs and advocate for change with state legislators.
