Connie Fosnow, 75, died Wednesday, April 12, 2023. Funeral services were held 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 17, 2023, at the Assembly of God of Windsor with Pastor Pete Hill officiating. Burial was in the Laurel Oak Cemetery, Windsor. The family received friends from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., Sunday afternoon at the Hadley Funeral Home, Windsor.
