Are we merry yet? If you are enjoying the festivities of Christmas, bring that merry spirit with you and come to the CWC luncheon. If you are struggling to be “merry”, come to the luncheon and catch the spirit! There will be plenty of gifts and singing!
Our speaker, Sharon Hicks, will share about “Angels or Shepherds-she’s not sure.”
Sharon has been active in our community for a number of years. She is known for performances, talks, podcasts, bible studies and general friendliness.
For our feature time we will sing favorite Christmas carols and then exchange gifts by “shopping around the square and deciding whether we should go right or left. There are some wonderful new businesses on the square, it may be hard to know which way to go.
So put on your most festive Christmas attire and meet a friend or bring a friend and join the fun at the Christian Women’s Connection on Tuesday, December 19th at 11:45 at the Fellowship Hall of Victory 1st Assembly at 1506 E Ohio (the junction of highways 7 & 13). Wintertime gets a kick out of surprising us with drastic weather so be aware that if Clinton schools are closed due to ice or snow, then the luncheon is also canceled. We want our ladies to be safe, so if you find you are unable to attend, please call and cancel your reservation. This is important to our caterer. Melinda Dehn provides such wonderful meals! We want to keep her happy!
