Eugene Soles, 88, died Mon, Oct. 9, 2023. Funeral services were 10:30 a.m., Mon, Oct. 16, 2023, at the Hadley Funeral Home, Windsor, with Pastor Viola Rhoads officiating. The family received friends before the service from 9:30-10:30am at the funeral home. Burial was in the Laurel Oak Cemetery, Windsor.
