Lady Cards Shutout By Odessa, Knob; Power Past Harrisonville

Clinton softball was blanked at Odessa last Tuesday in a 10-0 loss but salvaged the week on Thursday when they picked held on to beat Harrisonville on the road, 14-11.
Natalie Golder got the only hit for the Lady Cardinals in the loss. She also had a stolen base.
Kenadie Austin took the loss in the circle. She surrendered 10 runs on 16 hits over 5 innings.
On Thursday, Kennison Crispi, Lexi Barnhart, Taryn Mantonya and Carmen Bohannan all had 3 hits to help lead the Lady Cards to a 14-11 win over Harrisonville.
Bohannan and Maddie Hess both had 4 RBI's in the win.
Austin got the 7 inning win for Clinton.
On Monday, Knob Noster jumped out to a 5-0 lead after 2 innings and then hung on for that same final, sending Clinton's record to 6-11 on the season.
Kennison Crispi had 3 hits for the Lady Cards in the loss.
Clinton hosted Oak Grove on Tuesday and will go to Pleasant Hill on Thursday.
