Patsy Rogers, 68, of Sedalia, Mo., died Tuesday morning, April 4, 2023, at her home in Sedalia. Funeral services were held 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at the Hadley Funeral Home, Windsor, with Dr. Dan Lowry officiating. Burial was in the Laurel Oak Cemetery, Windsor. The family received friends before the service from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
