Turner Robert “Bub” George, 18 of Warrensburg, Missouri passed away Friday, September 27, 2024.
Turner was born June 15, 2006 in Warrensburg, Missouri, son of Bradley George and Misty Phillips. He recently graduated from Warrensburg High School. Turner was very excited to start Ocean Corp in Houston, Texas where he was going to study commercial diving with underwater welding. Turner most recently worked with John Stegner building fence.
Turner loved the Lord and was a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend.
He had a heart of gold, and was incredibly thoughtful and caring when it came to the people that mattered most to him. A country boy, Turner loved his truck, his hunting dogs and time with his friends. He loved fishing, boating, and busying himself on his grandparent’s land.
Turner was a charming boy with a smile and eyes that could light up a room. Strong in his beliefs, he was tough, determined and had no fear.
Survivors include his mother: Misty Phillips of Overland Park, KS; father: Bradley George (Michele) of Warrensburg, MO; paternal grandmother: Mary Alice George of Clinton, MO; maternal grandparents: Robert and Deborah Phillips of Chilhowee, MO; brother, Bradley “Connor” George of Warrensburg; sister: Rylee George of Warrensburg; and step sister and brother, Morgan of Kansas City, MO; and Cole of Chilhowee, MO. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather: Clifford George.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 4, 2024, at Chilhowee Baptist Church with Deacon and Friend, Mike Hill officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service at 10 am. Interment will follow at Carpenter Cemetery in Chilhowee.
