O. Cecily Smith, age 66, died Tues, Aug. 29, 2023. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 6pm on Thur, Sept. 7, 2023 the family will receive friends from 5-6pm prior to the service. Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home in Clinton, MO.
