Phillip Lee Stephens, age 71, of Windsor, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at Clinton Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.
Phillip Lee Stephens was born on March 10, 1954 in Clinton, Missouri, the son of Vernon and Daisy (Goft) Stephens. Phillip worked as an electrician for AC Electric for several years. He enjoyed fishing and taking family trips to Branson. He will be missed by all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his son-Bo Johnson, his grandson- Jared Gardner, his mother-Daisy Stephens, his father-Vernon Stephens, brother-Larry Stephens, sisters-Patricia Paige, Joann Hudgens, and Debbie Kuhen.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Kay Stephens, his two sons: Vernon Stephens and wife Jess, JR Stephens, and daughter: Becky Gardner and husband Earl, daughter-in-law: Jo Johnson, 11 Grandchildren and 10 Great-Grandchildren.
Graveside services were held November 22, 2025 at Norris Cemetery, Hartwell, MO with Rev. David Mills officiating. The casket bearers were Garrett Stephens, Skyler Stephens, Derek Stephens, Dalton Stephens, Trenton Johnson and Bruce Lilley.
Services were under the direction of Vansant-Mills Funeral Home of Clinton, MO.
