William “Bubba” Rhoads, age 63, of Clinton, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital.
Billy was a retired truck driver of many years. He also worked at Tracker in Clinton, Missouri. Billy was an active member of the Eagles in Clinton, Missouri for 44 years and he held various offices including the office of Worthy President and Trustee. Billy was a long time member of the Deepwater Baptist Church.
Billy is preceded in death by his parents Jim Rhoads; Mary Ruth Finley; grandparents Clayton and Ruth Parks.
Billy is survived by his brother Jim Eversole (Charla) of Easton, KS; sister Sharon Rhode (Gary), Carthage, MO; uncles Marvin Rhoads (Ronna) Clinton, MO; Russell Rhoads, Columbus, Ohio, as well as many nieces, nephews and a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral services were held September 11, 2024 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton with Rev. James Brack officiating. The casket bearers were Rob Rhoads, Gary May, Kelly Bates, Larry WIlson, Ron Crowder, Charlie Ritter, Larry Cockrell and Jim Cox. Jonathon Eversole, Justin Eversole and Dennis Akins were honorary bearers. Interment was in Maplewood Cemetery, Brownington, MO.
Services were under the direction of Vansant-Mills Funeral Home of Clinton, MO.
