Baughman Will Speak At CWC Luncheon

Posted

The new year has begun and we are all hoping for good things to come. The CWC Luncheon committee has been making plans and has launched the year by inviting Leann Baughman to speak at our January luncheon. Leann and her husband, Scott, a MO Highway Patrolman, have lived here in Clinton for almost ten years. They have two sons, a daughter and 3 dogs. You may meet them on occasion out for a walk, or with roller blades on. Leann is a certified Mental Health Coach. She has a heart for ministry and a passion for music. She and a friend will bring a guitar and share some time in music. Leanne’s speaking topic is “Birthright”.
The Christian Women’s Committee would like to invite area ladies to join us for lunch on Tuesday, January 17th at 11:45 a.m. at the Fellowship Hall of First Assembly, 1506 E. Ohio, (the junction of highway 7 & 13). For reservations call Debra Dolly at (660)885-5918 or e-mail her at debdolly30@gmail.com. Please call and cancel your reservation if you find you cannot attend. This is important for our meal count. The cost is $12. The weather is somewhat unpredictable in the winter and we care about your safety, so if the Clinton Public Schools are canceled, then the Luncheon is also cancelled.
A big thanks goes to First Assembly for the use of the Fellowship Hall and a hearty thank you to our caterer for supplying the meals.
