Clinton Pride band was truly ‘on the road’ this past week as they crossed state lines and beyond to take the field as part of the halftime show for the 2022 Sugar Bowl, where nationally ranked powerhouses Alabama (5th) and Kansas State (11th) squared off on the gridiron with glory on the line. As for the game, Alabama took the crown, topping Kansas State 45-20 in comfortable fashion. But it was the Cardinal Pride Band, which perhaps took the real glory, as the band members were able to experience something that many people only dream of, all wearing their colors with pride—not to mention smiles.
