EARLY AND OFTEN was the case for Clinton soccer in matches against Green Ridge and Paseo Academy where the Cardinals took 8-0 wins in each during the Clinton Cup Invitational last week. It was the middle match where Clinton came up just short in a 2-1 loss to St. Paul Lutheran (Concordia) that cost the Cards a first place finish. Clinton's next match will be this Thursday when they host Lone Jack.
