FIRST JOB: K-12 Physical Education Teacher/Coach; Mountainair, NM
FAVORITE CHILDHOOD MEMORY: Playing sports/spending time with my Dad
THE BEST TIME OF MY LIFE WAS WHEN: Now; I genuinely love what I do for a living and being a husband, father, and leader in Clinton is a responsibility I cherish and do not take for granted.
MOST EMBARRASSING MOMENT: Last year at Homecoming, I was asked to participate in a FG Kicking contest. I was extremely confident as I coached special teams in my previous position. In front of the entire student body, I completely whiffed at my attempt and I know I will never live it down. Shoutout to Coach Mowery for nailing every kick he attempted!
WHAT DO YOU VALUE MOST IN YOUR FRIENDS: Connection. God built us for relationship and service, so if I can do anything to build others up serve those I am close to, I try my best to do so.
YOUR GREATEST FEAR IS: Losing my family.
I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO: Can’t think of anything. I’m honestly very open to change and new opportunities, and I never want to put God’s plan for me in a “box.”
I’VE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO:
Play an instrument.
IF I WON THE LOTTERY, I WOULD: Pay off any debts I owed and build an Aux Gym, a turf baseball and softball field, a field house for our sports programs, and upgrade our football facility.
MY DREAM TRIP WOULD BE TO: Anywhere my wife would want to travel with me.
HOBBIES: Working out, spending time with my family and watching our Cardinals compete!

WHICH PERSON DO YOU ADMIRE MOST: My wife. She is someone who I truly admire and I don’t deserve her.
ADVICE YOU WOULD GIVE YOUR YOUNGER SELF: Trust the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. It’s going to work out. TRUST THE PROCESS.
