Why did you choose to be a Chamber ambassador?
I’m an Ambassador because I believe it’s important to support your local businesses, whether it’s shopping/dining at their establishments, promoting their business or simply being a friendly face that they can recognize out in the community.
What has been your favorite moment as an ambassador?
My favorite moment as an ambassador has been showing up to support local grand openings, anniversaries and ribbon cuttings. You can see the joy on the business owner’s face(s) by having our support and how it means so much to them… It means just as much to us, too!
What would you say to encourage others to be ambassadors?
I would encourage others to be ambassadors because it’s a way to get involved in the community! You get a firsthand look on the many successes our community is achieving and get to lend a helping hand in the areas that might need a little extra help/encouragement.
