The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes played an incredible game on Sunday night despite his bum right ankle. The last ten seconds of this game felt like an eternity to most viewers whether you are a Bengals fan or a Chiefs fan. In these last moments, the Chief's Harrison Butker kicked a 43-yard field goal and won the game 23-20 for the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs will face the Philadelphia Eagles on Feb. twelfth in Glendale, Arizona.

The Chiefs nearly took a 10-0 lead as running back Isiah Pacheco got into the end zone. There was a holding call by Chiefs offensive lineman Andrew Wylie that negated the touchdown.
Second Quarter; Chiefs 6, Bengals 3: Joe Burrow threw a pass to tight end Hayden Hurst in the end zone, then Chiefs safety Justin Reid broke up what could have been a touchdown for the Bengals. Instead, Bengals kicker Evan McPherson made a 30-yard field goal with 8:36 left in the second quarter.
End of the 3rd Quarter; Patrick Mahomes fumbles the ball: Patrick Mahomes lost possession of the football while trying to make a pass to his right side around midfield near the end of the 3rd quarter. The fumble was recovered by Bengals standout defender Sam Hubbard. This was an important turnover for the Chiefs who at this time had a 20-13 advantage in this game.
Fourth Quarter; Chiefs get a do-over on the third down: A referee ran onto the field to stop a third-down play for a replay that was not in favor of Kansas City. It appeared the referee’s whistle could not be heard during the sequence though. On the do-over, Patrick Mahomes was sacked, but Bengals cornerback Eli Apple was called for a pass interference down the field, giving the Chiefs a first down.
Fourth Quarter; Unnecessary roughness: In the fourth quarter of Sunday’s game Bengal’s athlete Joseph Ossai was extremely rough towards Patrick Mahome's scramble.
