Robert Edward Richter, Sr. age 85, passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Funeral services with Military Honors will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, January 27, 2023 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel in Clinton, Missouri. Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 PM prior to the service. Interment will be at a later date in the Lakeview Memorial Park in Cinnaminson, NJ. Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home in Clinton, Missouri.
