William “Billy” Soles, 98, of Windsor, Missouri died Monday, January 30, 2023. Funeral services were held 1p.m., Friday, February 3, 2023, at the Hadley Funeral Home, Windsor, with Chaplain John Phillips officiating. Burial was in the Laurel Oak Cemetery, Windsor.
