EARLY AND OFTEN, the Cardinals offense was on the move as they shutout Boonville last Monday at home, 8-0. The win improved their season record to 2-1 after dropping their season opener to Smith-Cotton, 0-1 and then beating Sacred Heart, 3-0 in the S-C Shootout. The Clinton Cup Invitational is being played this week, September 9-14.
